Meet Jordan

Family support that fits around real life.

Jordan lives in Hanover, Maryland. He enjoys therapeutic horseback riding, bowling, trips to Live! Casino, and browsing the shops at Arundel Mills.

During the day, Jordan attends his day program. In the evenings, his aunt comes home from her full-time job as an accountant and takes over his evening routine—spending time with him, helping him get ready for bed, and providing the familiar support he relies on at home.

Through Family-as-Staff, his aunt can have a formal, paid role in the support she already provides while continuing her own career.
