Assignments vary. Some are community-based — work, errands, fitness, and social life. Others involve significant hands-on daily care at home. Both matter, and both require consistency.

  • You show up consistently and prepared for every scheduled shift.
  • You respect the individual's choices, routines, privacy, and household.
  • You document accurately and follow the individual's approved support plan.
  • You partner with the individual and family as a professional teammate.
  • You complete required training and certification.
